The time period begins once your vehicle is successfully delivered, or you accept it at the dealership. If for any reason you aren’t 100% satisfied, you can return the vehicle to the Merchants’ dealership within the seven-day/500-mile window.

Subject to certain limitations, we’ll accept your returned vehicle and provide a refund, except for any costs associated with transportation, banking, or financing fees related to the transaction. Please note that we may refuse to accept the return of a vehicle if it’s been in an accident or sustained damage, had a lien, missing any keys, books, manuals, or accessories, or if any upfits are made to the vehicle as part of the deal or after delivery.
