Our technicians rigorously inspect each one, otherwise known as a 128-point certified quality inspection, before we decide whether the vehicle should join our inventory. Plus, every vehicle comes with a comprehensive CARFAX history report so there are no surprises.
If you can’t find exactly what you’re looking for, we’ll consult with our sister business, Merchants Fleet, which is a national, corporate fleet management company that allows us to source nationwide inventory from our leasing fleet. This means you don’t have to visit multiple dealerships to find the right vehicle.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why Merchants Auto allows you up to 5 days and 250 miles to exchange your recently purchased vehicle for one that better suits your needs. Customer satisfaction is our goal, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

Our staff works hard to ensure that you have a positive experience. We aim to take the stress and pressure out of purchasing a vehicle, which is why our sales professionals do not receive a commission. They are here to answer your questions and help you find the right vehicle.
Flexible Lending Options
Let our car loan experts crunch the numbers so you don’t have to. We offer a variety of flexible lending options, including traditional vehicle financing and car loans for customers who have poor credit.
Our on-site finance department provides competitive financing deals and options to find the best financing possible for all credit types.
We also offer Buy Here Pay Now loans, which are designed for customers who are unable to qualify for a traditional car loan for one reason or another, such as bankruptcy, missed credit card payments, or a poor credit score.
With this type of loan, you’ll receive financing directly from our dealership as opposed to a third-party loan vendor, which means you will pay Merchants Auto directly. It’s important to note that these payments will often be more frequent (bi-weekly or weekly) and usually carry higher interest rates than traditional loans. They must also be paid in person.

State-of-the-Art Service Department
We have 26 factory-trained National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) technicians who work on all makes and models — even if you didn’t purchase a car from Merchants Auto. Our dealership has invested in state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and repair tools, and we provide fast, reliable service you can trust. Whether you need an oil change or a major repair, call, email, or stop by the dealership to schedule a service visit.
A Commitment to Community
While our main focus may be on selling cars, our mission has always been to support and invest in our local community. Each year, we give away $100,000 to organizations chosen by a committee of employees, which have included Boy Scouts of America, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, the Make-a-Wish Foundation, local sports teams, and the American Red Cross.
A percentage of each vehicle sold every October is donated to the New Hampshire Breast Cancer Coalition, and every year, Merchants Auto participates in the Gail Singer Memorial Blood Drive. We even broke the one-day record for individual blood donations in 2011!
We also offer free advertising to charities via our digital billboard.
