Max never pressured me and always made himself available for communication. I picked my van up at the dealership, as I wanted to get a feel for the business. Very clean car lot and offices, staffed by friendly and helpful folks. The van is just as described and I'm very pleased with the service I received from Merchant's. I will definitely be back when I need another vehicle!

Love my van, appreciate the delivery. Would have given 5 stars but unfortunately it was supposed to be fully gone thru and the driver sun visor is seized and can not be used at all. The tiny dingreported to me that could not be found turns out to be a large dent scrape thru the paint on top of the roof.
