I inquired about a 2014 dodge charger and the staff were very helpful in giving me all the information I needed as well as getting me detailed pictures of the vehicle I was interested in. I ended up going another direction but the staff were super helpful with all my questions and requests I felt I needed to leave a good review.

I was incredibly surprised by how pleasant my car shopping experience was at Merchants Auto! Working with Damian Gutierrez was low-stress and straightforward. The financing options and rates were fantastic, and unlike other dealerships, the vehicle advertised online was actually available on the lot. This was our third stop of the day, and it was the first place that didn't use high-pressure tactics or feel like a questionable used car lot. I highly recommend making this your first stop so you can set a high bar for your expectations elsewhere.
