VEHICLE RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Subject to the following limitations, Buyer may return (online purchases only) or exchange (in-person dealership purchases only) the vehicle, for any reason, within seven (7) days of receipt or the first five hundred (500) miles driven, whichever occurs first, if Buyer is not completely satisfied with the purchase. Buyer is considered to have “received” the vehicle when Buyer accepts the vehicle at the dealership, or the vehicle is successfully delivered to Buyer, as evidenced by a signed bill of lading or other delivery receipt. Returned vehicles must be in the same condition as when initially received by Buyer, normal wear and tear attributable to five hundred (500) miles of operation excepted. A vehicle is NOT eligible for return or exchange if the vehicle (i) is damaged; (ii) was involved in an accident or collision; (iii) has keys, books, manuals, or accessories missing; (iv) was subject to a trade-in and loan pay off; (v) was customized or altered as a condition of or following the sale; or (vi) has a lien or encumbrance registered against it (excluding any lien created in connection with Buyer’s purchase thereof). To initiate the return or exchange of a vehicle, Buyer must contact Seller via phone or email before 5:00 pm EST time on the seventh (7th) day following Buyer’s receipt of the vehicle. Buyer is responsible for returning, or arranging the return of, vehicle(s) to Seller. In the event Seller accepts the return, Seller will refund the purchase price, less any costs of transportation or banking/financing fees associated with the transaction, to Buyer. Vehicles sold or traded-in as part of the original sales transaction will not be returned to Buyer. With regard to vehicle exchanges, Seller will attempt, in good faith, to exchange the vehicle with another vehicle in Seller’s inventory. Buyer acknowledges that (a) the terms of sale will likely change depending on the new vehicle selected, (b) exchange may not be possible in every situation due to a variety of factors, including, without limitation, financing, equity, and payment restrictions, and (c) Seller assumes no responsibility or liability for Buyer’s inability or failure to exchange vehicle(s). Buyer is limited to one (1) exchange per original sales transaction. Vehicle exchange is not available for certain lenders and limited to New Hampshire residents, only. All transactions are considered final after the seven (7) day period or first five hundred (500) miles driven, whichever occurs first (this includes any failure to exchange a vehicle during said timeframe, in which case the initial sale is considered binding).
